Good product. I just wanted to comment on the fact that the stuffed animal does not come with the heater; make sure to take note of this when ordering. Also, the stuffed animal is much bigger than I thought it would be-this would take up a lot of room in a crate.

Does what it says it will - you mike it a few minutes and it stays warm a good 12 hours! The only drawback is that it is hard as a brick and heavy. I have to bury it under layers of padding to make it comfortable enough for my aching old Jack Russell to lay on it.

This heating pad was a great idea for my 2 Chihuahuas until they chewed the nipple off and the inside started oozing out. They loved going to bed every night and it kept them warm for 10-12 hours. Make it chew resistant and I would have rated it a 5 star product.

Our puppy was shaved by a clueless groomer last January (hello!) and started shivering. We wrapped this in fleece and tucked it in his bed. He literally could not wait to get into his bed at night. This DOES last all night when used inside. You must be sure to cover it to keep the heat and of course, so you don't burn your pet. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS or you will melt and ruin this great product. Rarely do I give 5 stars but this does what it says and after four months of every night use is perfect to go for this winter...would be excellent for use with older or sickly pet who needs heated comfort. It is hard plastic though, so be sure to wrap for comfort.

My 8 yr APBT "Gilligan" has very short hair and a hairless belly. He loves this "bed warmer"! He's always chilly, insists on sleeping under the covers, even in the summer when night temps here in the desert are in the 80's! It's hard and uncomfortable to lay on directly, but he quickly found a way to roll over on his side, doubling the blanket between it and his ribcage for padded comfort! Ha! - He just did this as I'm typing! And... I think I saw him smile when the microwave beeped.

I've had these for years for all four of my dogs.
They really came in handy this winter when my furnace failed. I even have used them for football games & dogs shows in cold buildings.......just put one under your jackets and/or sit on one.......

I used one of these disks for my 7 week old pug to sleep with in his crate when he came home with us.
He slept through the night from the first night and we had no crying, sleeplessness, etc. I continued to use it until he no longer slept in a crate at night, and would never be without it for a new puppy.

I have had one of these discs for over 3 years. I heat it up everynight and put it in my bed down by my feet. I can not go to bed without it especially in the winter. Stays warm all night. My dogs have a lot of fur and get hot so this worked out good for me!

These discs are great! I work for a vet, and we put them under every dog that has surgery to keep them warm. I raise dogs and use these in the whelping box and when traveling. These are the best for dogs! No cords to chew on! Even after being used every single day, they still last forever!

I have two French Bulldogs who LOVE these discs. You can leave the house and turn the heat down a few notches and know that your pups will still be warm. These are also perfect for car rides in the winter and the heat does not quite reach the back seat as well as the front. My friends 14 year old dog that has arthritis and finds much relief with these discs. A++++

I got the Snuggle Safe for my very old dachshund. Although he sleeps in the house, he has a hard time staying warm enough. The snuggle safe disk gets nuked for 5 minutes and honestly stays warm, not hot, all night. It is still warmish come morning. This is a very good product. It does exactly what the ad says it will do. One caution, my younger dogs thought the disc was a frisbee so I had to tuck it under the bedding.

I purchased two of these one for each of our two greyhounds. We keep our house fairly cool, and wanted something to keep the dogs toasty at night.
The first time we heated these up, I was a little jealous of the dogs, and wanted one for me! They stay nice and warm but not too hot, and the dogs seem to like them.
I was a little hesitant at first $20 seemed a lot for a single disc, but am now very happy that I purchased these.

This pad is a lifesaver. It is great to put with kittens who are abandoned by mom in these cool temps, and older outdoor cats appreciate snuggling up to it in the frigid temps. (I wrap it in a towel or put it under the cushion of their cat bed.)

If you get this, make sure you don't overheat the disk. Holds heat very well, at least 12 -14 hours at a time. It's great for short haired dogs & is a solid disk so even if you have a chewer (he might be tempted once it's room temp again) I can't imagine them getting through it. I put it underneath layers of blankets, it gets very hot sometimes.
