All Petfood.com gift certificates are emailed within 24 hours of purchase; Monday thru Friday. Orders submitted Saturday or Sunday will be emailed on the following Monday.
Petfood.com gift certifcates do not have an expiration date and can only be applied to product, not shipping costs.
Your e-certificate will be delivered to the email you specify in the “To” email address. If you do not specify an email address the e-certificate will be physically mailed to your ship-to address.
