Ferrets love this, great for hairball prevention but maybe not the healthie, 5/14/2017

AB727 from Portland, OR, USA

My ferrets both love this and it's great to know it helps prevent hair balls. They would probably love to eat this daily if it weren't for the ingredients not being suitable for healthy everyday consumption. Arguably high sugar content (molasses) I give them a lick or two once a week and they eagerly lick the top of tube. I do find however, that tube is hard to express and product sits at the bottom. It takes a lil extra effort to squeeze out product.

Sad it came open, 5/7/2017

Christeel from Spanaway, WA, USA

I love this stuff but sad it came to me all taped up and broken open. Leaked in the bag. I understand things break but it looked liked they tried to fix it before it was even shipped.

Does the job, 7/28/2015

TribeOfFour from

While my tribe doesn't need this product for every day use, during shedding season it is handy to have around. I've always had this in my 'first-aid' box - but with my two youngest goobers, I use it a good deal when they shed. One is just extra-shaggy and the other sheds heavily #rare in my experience#. I've had many ferrets over the years and even the most finicky will eat it #even the one who refused ferret-tone!# with apparent bliss. :) Overall, a good staple to have on hand...the only con is that it is super-gooey, but that's to be expected.
