Durable, 1/5/2013

Heidi from Colorado

My dog trashes almost every toy we give him. But he has a couple of these and he hasn't been able to destroy them yet in the two years we've had them. Our other dog, who isn't nearly as destructive likes to just lay around and gnaw on these. they're a great product and we will certainly be ordering more.

Lexies Favorite toy, 12/1/2012

Lexie April32011 from East Hartford, CT

When we first got her I bought her the smallest CUZ with the ears. With in half an hour she had the ears gone. Then she started working on his feet. We were cautious about the small rubber pieces he lost of his his feet in 3 days but she is now 18 months old and still has Mr. Small Squeaky head. I havesince bought her the Large CUZ again she chewed his feet off but she loves Mr. Squeaky Heads, they areher favorite toys and the squeaker is not obnoxious like some others can be. I will be getting her a few more for Christmas and one for Gram's house when she goes for her over night visit.

Love it, 6/30/2012

T from Indianapolis, IN

I actually got this toy for my dad's dog. She's a pit bull and she destroys toys in literally seconds... except for this one. The Cuz lasts a month. I get her the Bad Cuz because she can chew off the horns and that keeps her interested. Plus, the sound sends dogs crazy. Just try squeaking it in a pet store.

Great For Destructive Puppies! , 3/10/2012

Kali from Portland, ME

From the second I pulled this out of the box my 10-month-old labrador fell in love with this. I got the good cuz because I figured the horns would get chewed off. Though I had to supervise him the first time he played with it(he was ripping the feet and eating them. They're no longer on the cuz toy at all) he now plays with it all the time. He throws it for himself, and loves the squeak. I myself was pleased that the squeak isn't annoying like I thought it would be. So far, he's only been able to do damage to the feet. It's definitely as durable as advertised. I'll be buying more of these soon.

My dog's favorite, 2/26/2012

Stephanie from San Diego, CA

We go through at least one "bad cuz" a month - I always have to have a back up handy. It is my dog's absolute favorite toy and he will play fetch with it until the squeaker gives out and the toy starts to fall apart. Then we just replace it with a new one and start all over again!

Great Toy!, 12/15/2011

Lyndsey from St. Louis, MO

My dog loves this toy! He loves squeaky toys but normally tears the squeaker out in less than a minute (I'm not exaggerating, we timed him). This is the only squeaky toy that he cannot tear up. He was able to chew part of its foot off, but other than that his cuz has been very durable. It still squeaks and it is by far his favorite toy! I would definately recommend this toy to anyone with a pet who loves to chew!

My one year old setter/retriever mix had the legs off in 5 minutes. She tore it in half, within an hour, but still carries it everywhere with her. I also bought the kong ball, so well see if that can stay in one piece.

My two LOVE it. My German Shepherd destroys things or isn't interested in them... he loves this and can't kill it. The Rottie pup managed to chew Bad Cuz's horns off with his puppy teeth, but that's the only wear it's shown.

Amazing find, 1/3/2011

rayders2309 from Sacramento

I have four dogs that love to play with toys. My rat terrior and Queensland destroy all of these toys. From pulling all the stuffing out to shredding the felt off a tennis ball. One day at work my husband was cleaning the gutters from a three story building and found the cuz. He brought it home and gave it to the dogs. My rat terrior was in heaven. To this day carries it everywhere and can not destroy it. Since then I have bought another medium one and a large one. I love these toys!

Virtually Indestructible!, 11/11/2010

PATRICIA KELLY from UP of Michigab

We have three dogs; all over 100lbs. They are a Rottweiler, an American Shepherd, and a Swiss Mountain Dog; all workers. The rottie and shepherd are gentle on toys (unless it's a rope). The Swissy, however. . .eats and destroys everything; except a cuz. He might eat the feet off, but that's it. I also noticed that the Dog Whisperer uses them with the larger dogs. Highly recommend.

Follow up to my April '09 review, 5/7/2010

T F from

We purchased the medium Bad Cuz more than a year ago. Other than the feet which were amputated in ten minutes, the ball is still going strong with the squeaker intact. This is the only toy that our miniature dachshund has not been able to destroy in fifteen minutes or less. He plays with this toy every day. It's part of his daily routine. We bought a second one that stays at his "grandparent's" house and it is serving just as well. If your dog is one of the highly aggressive chewers and you want a toy that will last I highly recommend the Cuz.

best toy EVER!!!, 1/24/2010

Jen Welsh from West Chester, PA

I spent several months/hundreds of dollars trying to find a toy my 9 month corgi-cattledog rescue would love and not destroy. Even though she will fetch a regular bouncy ball or squeaky tennis ball, no other comes close to the absolute joy she gets from chasing these!Eventually the squeaker breaks out, but it gets some rough use first. Careful at dog parks- all the other pooches will try to steal it.

Laura from Little Rock, AR

Our Yorkie is crazy for squeaky toys, but he has destroyed every one we bought up until we found this crazy little toy. It has been totally indestructible, provided unlimited chasing and safe chewing for him and is his absolute favorite toy to date. He even sleeps with it! We are completely impressed with the quality and the amount of fun he has with this toy! Thanks!

Great! , 12/2/2009

Seth from Tatamy, PA

We have three dogs, two of which really enjoy balls-- a German Shepherd and a Border Collie. This toy lasted longer than most of the other balls they've played with, as the shepherd ends up poking holes in them with his teeth. My Border Collie's favorite part of this toy is chewing off the feet.

I would definitely recommend this toy for your dog, it's a product. We have 3 dobermanns, a rough haired collie and a pointer/ greyhound mix, and they love this toy completely! I still have one cuz toy that's lasted three years now, with only the squeaker missing, and my dogs still love it. The only thing I hate is that you can't pick your own color because my big 135 pound dobe loves things that are orange.

Only Toy I Found My Dogs Can't Destroy, 9/20/2009

Yvonne from Denver, CO

I have three german shepherds and this is the only toy I have found that will not be destroyed in minutes. One ball will usually last 3 or 4 months before a tear had been made by a tooth and then the ball gets torn apart. I do cut the feet off when I get them because those are the first to be bit off.

Dog Loves it!, 8/15/2009

Linda from Seattle, Wa

We have a German Shorthair Pointer mix that destroys all toys/balls/bones he comes across; it's just too much fun not to. However, after chewing the ears and feet off immediately, he has made no attempt to destroy this ball, as it is his absolute favorite toy. He's loves the loud, obnoxious squeak it makes (we have to hide it at bedtime), and he's been playing with it daily for months. In fact, I'm buying a second one just to have in reserve.

Great toy for big dogs, 8/7/2009

Alicia from Palm Harbor, FL

I have 2 German Shepherds that are both ball crazy and their cuz balls are their all-time favorite! The squeak doesn't last very long (which I'm happy about) but they continue to play with them for months. The feet eventually get pulled off, but considering what they are put through, these toys last quite well and provide a ton of enjoyment. I will always keep a few of these cuz balls around for my 2 GSDs!

Lasted 5 minutes, 6/3/2009

Melissa from Redding, CA

I got this toy for my 10 month old lab/malamute mix puppy. It took him 5 minutes, or less, to chew a hole in this toy. He loved it for the few minutes it lasted. I got the good cuz and the leg was off and squeak was done in that short time. I took it away from him so it didn't get worse. He did really want to keep it. I would have to say 99 cent toys have lasted longer.

Think twice, 5/21/2009

Misa from GA

I brought a good cuz for my tiny chihuahua months ago. And he doesn't seem to like it one bit. He ignores it (and his Pet Ruffians toy, the turtle, as well). And the squeakers of JW toys scare him. I also believe the cuz is a bit too hard for his teeth or hard latex isn't appealing to him. He also couldn't make the cuz squeak once. I'll try with my gsds, but so far...purchasing was a waste of money for me. Therefore, I'd like to say that while cuz toys are durable, everyone should think twice before purchasing for certain small dogs. Plush toys is better in my perspective.

Made for pitbulls!!, 4/10/2009

Teri from Fayetteville, NC

We have 2 pitbulls and they love these cuz toys. There is a difference in durability between the good and bad cuz. The bad is softer and a lot less durable, they can distroy these in an hour but the GOOD Cuz... 2 days later and the best they can do is get the feet off. Our first one we bought 2 yrs ago and it lasted 8-9 months!! Anyone with pits know thats a miracle. I just don't like that you can't choose the color, our male likes the green one the best!!

Super Tuff Toy, 4/1/2009

T F from Charlottesville, VA

Our miniature dachshund feels that toys are made to destroy. He will do just that in less than a minute, even with those recommended for aggressive chewers. As soon as he kills a toy, that is, removes the squeaker and stuffing, he is done with it. Until now, the Kong toys were the only ones he was able keep. They are good for a chewing session when he is in the mood. But this Cuz is the best toy we have found for him. Not only does it last (except for the feet which he amputated in about 45 seconds) but he has a blast playing with it either by himself or with a fetch buddy. So far, after two weeks, he has not removed the squeaker. His enjoyment is doubled by the noise he gets when chomping. If your dog is one like ours that goes through toys so fast that all he has in his toy box is carcasses give this a try. We love it. And our dachshund wouldn't want to be without it.

Not as tough as I would like, 3/4/2009

Kim from Hereford, AZ

I picked this toy up because many reviews said that it was a long lasting toy. Unfortunately my dog a 35lb mix breed tore the feet off of the cuz within minutes and I had to take the toy away before she ate any of the pieces that she tore off. Im still in search of a squeaky toy that will last more than a few minutes.

My dog loves any toy by this brand!!!, 3/3/2009

Angela from Hamilton, OH

I have a mini pin/beagle mix she should be the test dog on these so called "indestructable" dog toys because she can tear any toy apart in 2 minutes flat (no joke, I have timed her). She does love the JW brand and we have EVERYTHING they make. I will say she kills the squeeker in about 1 1/2-2 minutes but, I just make a whole on the the other side to look like a mouth (so, there won't be suction and get stuck on cheeks or tounge) and the toy lasts forever. She has the bad cuz. She picked it out herself. I am sure it is because of the loud squeeky noise. Other than the squeeker it has still held up and looks brand new and is about 3 months old and she plays with it daily. That's saying a lot for her. She is the fetch Queen. Hopes this helps.

We first "heard" of this ball when our neighbors dog had one. We could hear the squeak inside our home! The ball ended up on our side of the fence and Jack had to have one! He chewed the feet off in the first 2 minutes so I recommend the footless Cuz. We need another. It's like a pacifier for our dog. If you lose one, you'll be sorry if you don't have another!

BEST TOY EVER, 1/29/2009

Linda from State College, PA

These are the best toys I've ever purchased for my Yorkie. She LOVES them. They are durable and fun. The irregular bounce adds a level of interest for dogs. The squeaker is not annoying as some toys are. The smallest size is great for very small breeds. Although the feet can easily be chewed off, the toy continues to function well without them. It is the only toy my yorkie claims to herself :) She does not like to share her treasures with other visiting dogs. I have recommended Cuz Dog Toys to my family and friends. GREAT!!

Great toys, 1/23/2009

Liz from Vincennes, IN

My cuz balls have been through two generations of dogs! They have lost there squeak, but it doesn't make them any less fun. Great for those days the dogs cannot go outside all day; since they don't roll all over the house and the dogs love to have a ball in their mouth. It they drop it, the odd bounce won't let it roll under furniture and have a mad scramble to try and get under something they don't fit under! Very important with with larger dogs!

Your dogs will LOVE this toy. The squeak brings my girls running every single time. I cant even explain how much they love the Cuz. I call it the Doggie Devil Crack toy. My only warning is that my Lab-Pit mix chewed the feet off within 5 minutes ... and consumed them. It required a trip to the vet the first time and the second time shame on me she passed them on her own. Now we cut the feet off ... but that doesnt change the fact that my dogs adore this toy more than anything I have ever brought home. And I assure you, Ive brought lots of toys home!

Get It! AWESOME Toy, 1/11/2009

Chris from Arizona

This is an awesome toy. I got the large bad cuz for my german shepherd puppy (7 months) and it is great. She goes through tennis balls in 20 minutes, completely destroyed. But this thing shows no damage at all after weeks of play. She loves the squeaker and it makes a lower pitched noise which is nice for me. The toy is surprisingly easy to throw and my pup loves it because when it lands it bounces all over the place. I might get another one, maybe a medium, and probably won't buy another tennis ball again. In short BUY IT!

Our Weimaraner goes thru tennis balls like there's no tomorrow but she has had two of these for over a year and they show no signs of wear. They are definitely her favorite toy. The noise gets a little old sometimes but she loves them.

My dog is a powerful chewer and by powerful I mean insanely powerful! He chewed for hours and couldn't destroy this toy - yes he did do some damage - the legs went first - then the squeaker(thank god). But he still plays with it and actually takes it to bed he loves it so much!

BEST TOY EVER!!, 11/9/2008

Donald Lewis from Lake Arrowhead, Ca

My pup Cheech loves the bad cuz and never stops playing with them. He has two because he lost his squeeker in the first one, But the feet quality was better because they were solid and the noisy one he killed the feet on. oh yea this Dog is one of those that kills any toy you normaly would give him.

Awesome!, 10/24/2008

Bridgid from New Orleans, LA

I have two dogs- my min pin who can disembowel ANY squeak toy he can get his teeth on, and a german shepherd that is not a huge fan of toys...but they both LOVE good cuz/bad cuz and they are virtually indestructible. The noise drives my husband and I bonkers sometimes, but they love them and we have numerous ones to keep one in each car and a couple in the house- we have never had a toy that they boys have loved so much that they have ruined it!

Bad Cuz, 10/11/2008

Kellie from Marshalltown

Our dogs love bad cuz. Our Bull Mastiff pup chews the feet off everyone she can get her teeth on. However the rest of the ball stands up to lots of squeeking and play. We were just at a popular pet store and I was shocked to see the same large ball for twice as much. Since I typically buy 5 at a time, I appreciate Dog.com's price and great service.

Love It!, 8/11/2008

Anonymous from Boston, MA

I have two pit bulls so toys don't last long. I've just ordered 3 more of these as I've had one for months and even though it is missing its legs (which is appropriate given one of my dogs is missing a front leg), horns are still in tact (also appropriate). Squeak is great and my brindle boy LOVES the bounce and carrying it around in his mouth. Sometimes he just plays by himself as it bounces itself around when he drops it out of his mouth. He pounces it and looks like a huge-headed, three legged cat playing with a ball - so cute! Highly Recommend.

I am a kennel manager for a no kill shelter and our larger dogs love this toy. We got our first one as a donation. When I squeezed it, it made no sound but once Buster a large pit bull started playing with it, it squeeked all day long! :) When he was adopted, I had to send his favorite toy home with him. Be careful what size you order, 5/29/2008

Leigh from Atlanta, GA

I have 2 65lb. boxers, and the large was too big - and too heavy for them to carry around! This size would probably be better for dogs 80lbs and up - and larger breeds like great danes, mastiffs, etc. For medium breeds, I'd go with the medium size. I am returning mine for the medium and will update once I receive them.

My English bulldog makes it his mission to destroy every toy that comes into the house. He chewed on this ball as hard as he could for about two hours last night and it is still intact, it even still has it's feet! He is doing his best to remove the noise maker, but so far he hasn't. I'm impressed. He wiped out the other balls we got in a matter of minutes (except for the Kong ball).

Mixed Feelings, 11/25/2007

Kristy from Sussex, WI

My aggressive chewer GoldenDoodle loves his cuzs...however, only took about 15 minutes to eat the feet and horns off the first one I gave to him. I finally just took a utility knife and cut off the horns and feet of the others before I gave them to him to play with. It is nice that you can cut those off without putting holes in the main squeeker body. He still has the very largest one and its great but he unfortunately was able to destroy the smaller ones. I would recommend these but for aggressive chewers just take the feet and horns off before you give it to them.

Jenny from Minneapolis, MN

The squeaking on this toy is too loud for indoor use. The black lab loves it though. It only took her about an hour to chew off the feet, but beyond that it has stayed in tact. One really nice thing about this ball is how easily you can pull it out of a dogs mouth. Unlike a tennis ball it just slides right out and there is no chance for tug of war.

His favorite is the large evil one. Hes not destroyed it and its his favorite toy. We even got one for our large breed outside dog aswell. These toys are good in the water, good in the house, good outside. Very durable. The only thing is that once theyve squeeked them, theyll sqeekem all day or night long. But hey if hes happy and not making a mess with it. Im happy. Highly reccomend this toy for aggressive chewers.

Great Toy ... BUT, 8/11/2007

Marcie from Wilmington, DE

I have a Boston Terrier who has loved the Cuz toys since she was a pup. They lasted a long time and she loves the squeak. In December I rescued a Boston Terrier and the first thing he does with a Cuz is chew off each legfoot and get the squeaker out. He just chews and chews until the deed is done -usually takes less than 15 minutes. He then loves to play with the remaining part of the Cuz, but it sort of reduces the fun my other BT has with the toy. For this reason, I have not purchased a Cuz in a while.

Best toy ever!!!, 8/6/2007

Michelle from De Pere WI

I have a Rotty Bull American Pit Bull TerrierRottwieler mix who has destroyed every other toy on the market. We have shelled out big bucks for the indestructable toys only to see shreds of them in a few minutes. So far in 8 months the most he has been able to do is rip one foot off the good cuz and turn the bad cuz horns into little nubbies. But other than that...NOTHING. He loves to chew, chew, chew, and he can chew on this without destroying it. He also loves the squeaking. There are times like 2am when I will admit that gets old but I am just happy it isnt my shoe he is chewing anymore. I have a small one for my boston bull terrier and he loves it too. I reccommend these to anyone with a dog but ESPECIALLY for those with strong jaws that love to chew. Well worth the price!

Everyone is Right About These!, 7/23/2007

Kristan from Arkansas

I just got two of the Bad Cuz for my dachshund 4 yrs. old and English Bulldog 4 mon. old. They are obsessed!!! I have never seen my dachshund go crazy for a toy like this one. We literally have to put them away at night so they will calm down and go to sleep. First thing in the morning they are begging for them again. My dachshund has never met a toy he couldnt destroy and after 4 days of play there isnt even a tooth mark in his. Dont even waste your money on buying other toys because this is the only one your dog will want to play with. Out of a $50 toy order from this site the Bad Cuz is the only thing that has been touched!

I have a 2-12 pound chihuahua and I was not having any luck finding a ball small enough for him to be able to carry until this toy. This has now become one of his favorites. He is able to grab the little feet and carry it around and has a ball chasing it!

Good toy!, 7/21/2007

Dianna from Tennessee

We own the red bad dog toy and it is pretty durable, except my corgi has bitten one of the horns off. They love the squeak it is VERY loud and so far, havent chewed the squeaker out of it weve had it about 2 years. They like to carry it around by the feet and so far, the feet are still on it. If you have an aggressive chewer, I recommend the one without the horns, or good dog toy.

I dont have to buy these really often and my boys love them. I have a pit and a wolf hybred that tend not to break these right off the bat. THE toy has been found!, 6/1/2007

Lynn from Smithtown, NY

We have a Cockapoo of medium size. In absolute honesty, weve spent at least $300 over the past year on pigs ears, fuzzy balls, squeeky bunnies, rubber bones, frizbys, squak-squak lion heads, hairy dinosaurs and at least 20 kinds of edible bones. Fetch! Nothing happens. Why, we have a peppy, active, fun loving cockapoo Then the CUZ ball came into our life! Our dog interacts in a way she never did before. This is the height of excitement for her. Nothing came near. Its a beautiful summer day outside and were playing with a green cuz. Then it dawned on me, what if this is ever lost, or damaged...I dont see them in the dog store. Immediately Im the internet, eBay, and found two replacements. Im also bookmarking the page. Swear to heavens, I hate to think what would happen if they ever stopped making these toys. THANK YOU DOG.COM!

Im amazed this ball has lasted because everything else they have distroyed in minutes. This is the bad cuz, the good cuz they didnt care for.

Only toy for my dogs!, 5/5/2007

Miranda Starkey from Manassas, VA

I have a pit bull and a dachshund. The only toys they will play with are the Cuz balls. They have no preference in the good, bad, or dino ... whichever one I buy, they love. They have about 7 each and they love them so much I had to make them strictly an outside toy. However, they do like to chew the feet off first thing. It probably nmakes the ball easier to carry. You must at least buy one Cuz for your dog. If they dont like it, then you really are not out very much.

Favorite Toy, 5/4/2007

Debbi from Columbia, CT

I have a Great Dane Who now has 3 of these. He removes the feet first and then the squeakers. That takes about 10 minutes. After that he runs around with two in his mouth. One to drop so you can throw it for him, the other he keeps in his mouth. The third one he kicks around like a soccer ball while the others are in his mouth. Hes actually trying to figure out how to get all three in his mouth at once. Maybe I should buy some of the smaller ones too so he can do that. Bottom line...he cant get enough of them!!!!!!

5 rottweilers, ALL of them LOVE their Cuz toys. They covet these toys, and thus they make great training aids. Only had one Cuz lose his feet, but thats becuz Cuz went into the crate with our village idiot. We do not leave toys laying around normally, as toys will lose their appeal more easily. Play with toys is between human and dog in our home.

This toy rocks!! My boxer loves toys especially if they have a squeeker in it... Wich she chews up in about five minutes flat... This toy has outlasted her and the squeeker is still intact and works too!! She has been chewing on it for two months and its still going strong. Luckily the only thing she destroys is her toys... Love the toy and planning on getting one more just to be safe.

My Min Pins love these things. One good cuz, one bad like the dogs! They chewed the feet off in seconds but they still squeak. The great thing is, there is no squeaker for them to rip out. I eventually had to take them away and hide them because they became obsessed with them. No other toy can outlast these things. One little guy can still smell the toy hidden in a closet in a closed room and scratches to get it. UNREAL!!!

I have two male yorkies who are agressive chewers!! Thankfully they only go through the toys and nothing they arent supposed to. I just got them the good and bad cuzs and they just love them. As most dogs do, they go for the squeaker first but havent been able to tear it out yet. I so glad I took the time to read the reviews and finally find a toy they cant destroy in 5 minutes. Information for those who may want to know. I bought two of each and noticed that the good cuzs are slightly more pliable than the bad. This isnt important to me but someone may want to know.

Shepherd/Lab enjoys this toy!, 9/20/2006

Asha from Kensington, MD

After reading other reviews, I ordered the Bad Cuz, and so far, my 70+ lb Shepherd/Lab mix has found this indestructible, and she destroys most toys (other than Kong type toys and hard bones) in minutes! Usually, she doesn't like any of the typical "solid rubber toys" made for tough chewers. She loves the way this toy bounces around and has different parts to chew on (but not off). Would try it!

Really Rugged, 9/20/2006

William from Simi Valley, CA

We have a lab mix who has demolished the squeaker in virtually every other toy, usually in a matter of hours (or even minutes). He loves squeakers and will squeak them until they break - but this one didn't. Several months later, it is still working and still a favorite. Two caveats. 1) After a while the squeaking can become annoying, especially if you are trying to take a nap. 2) We got the large, which cannot be squeaked by our smaller dogs. In fact it can barely be carried by out Llasa Apsos. I have not tried the smaller ones yet - wouldn't want the lab to choke.

Our German Shepherd mix is definitely what you would call an "aggressive chewer" and this is the only toy he hasn't destroyed. He did chew up the feet a bit but other than than hasn't damaged it. He loves it. Recommend the large size for more aggressive chewers. 4 out of 5 start because the squeak is more like a shriek and gets annoying after 5 minutes!

My 2yr old Golden Retriever loves these. I bought a medium bad cuz and a small good cuz for her, they just arrived this morning. She's a medium/large dog but she seems to like the smaller one better. She carries it with her around the house. She also seems to like the good cuz better because it has a higher pitched squeek. They are also pretty sturdy. I'm sorry I ordered just one. Our boxer put aside her favorite fetch toy for this large (grapefruit size) good cuz. Our children spin it on it's head to make it break dance. Nobody wants to share - everyone wants their own cuz toy - including the dog! Must order more!!!!!!!!!!

I have 3 dogs ages range from 4 - 10 and they all love this toy. My oldest dog is a boxer and she is a ball hog and goes for the squeaker first and once the toy is dead she no longer wants it. With this toy she cant get to the squeaker so it has last for a long long time. My youngest dog ( a boxer-greyhound mix) just bites it to hear it and she will run around the yard squeaking it trying to play keep away with the other 2. This toy keeps them occupied for long periods of time. I will definately buy another when this one is gone. Thank you for making such a wonderful product.

I have a Lab mix that is a very aggressive chewer who loves squeak toys. Uusually the squeaker is punctured or crushed on the first day. I got two of these (medium) and they are still working a month later! He loves them and sometimes will squeak them all afternoon. The only downside is that smaller dogs (2 Lhaso's and a Shitzu) don't have enough jaw power to squeak them.

Our dog, a German Wire Haired Pointer usually loves toys that he can softly chew on - if they squeak that's even better. Byron has gone nuts for his new Good Cuz - he just sits there gumming on it and amusing everyone with the squeaking sound. He loves to chase after it but when he's tired of chasing he just holds it in his mouth very carefully. Even when some other dogs try to tug it out of his mouth it's indestructible!

These are the best durable toys I have found. My dogs love to fetch so much they do not want to stop. Most fetching toys are torn-up in no time, but the Cuz has lasted for over 2 years so far. If I had to buy just 1 toy, the Cuz would be the one and only one!! Linda Bacon

I have 2 English Bulldogs. My male loves his toys, but they never last too long because he always manages to tear them apart. When this toy arrived, Alfalfa fell in love with it. We have had it for 1 month now, and it is still 100% intact! Anyone who has a dog with a large mouth and distructive way of loving his toys, I suggests trying this toy out!

Love the Bad!, 1/5/2006

My great dane/pitbull mix is a VER aggressive chewer, however, this toy has lasted for over 5 months (minus the squeaker which he popped the 1st day). this toy is one of his favorites!

The best squeaky toy!, 1/4/2006

Kathy from Newberg, OR

Both my dogs love these! They chewed the horns off the bad cuz, but amazingly enough, the legs are still intact and can be used to play tug (especially on the larger sizes). I was hesitant about giving them the small size, but they love to play fetch with them and carry them around squeaking them. My dogs destroy almost everything, but these little squeakers have been around for months and are still intact!

Most durable toy for agressive chewers, 12/10/2005

susan from laconia, nh

These toys minus their feet survive for MONTHS. My German Shepherd chews the ball relentlessly. When my rottie is fortunate enough to get a brand new one first (they have a few) he will immediately chew the feet off and dispense with the squeeker. It keeps him entertained and provides an oral fix for her. I highly recommend the large size for dogs that get bored by other toys or are anxious and need a toy for soothing anxiety.

My pomerian absolutely LOVES his little "Bad" Cuz! It could keep him entertained for hours and he loves to play fetch with it. I gave him a new one yesterday and he wouldn't let it out of his sight... even tried to take it w/ him on his walk. Granted, the Cuz didn't stand a chance against aggressive chewing... the squeaker broke after about 1/2 hour and the feet were gone too after about a week. But I think it's better that way b/c the squeaker was high pitched (which could be annoying after a while) and after it broke inside the Cuz, it became more of a rattling sound. Also, w/o the feet, it bounces a lot better. Definitely his favorite toy!

Love it!, 12/6/2005

Lisa from Haskell, NJ

My Golden retriever LOVES squeaky toys, but rips them apart within seconds since they are usually made of cloth. She is a very aggressive chewer, and this is the first squeaky toy that has lasted. She loves to fetch it and make it yell!! The toy has lasted more than 2 weeks and is still intact!! I definitely recommend this toy.

Favorite!, 11/29/2005

Mara from San Jose, CA

We have a West Highland White Terrier, we bought her the bad cuz and she loved it...her Jack Russell friend got ahold of these and ate the legs within a few minutes...but that just made our Westie love it more. Legs gone, squeaker is broken but it's her favorite toy and now it bounces better with no legs. She just carries it around in her mouth and loves to play fetch with it. Since then we have gotten her the Good cuz and another devil and she plays with them all but the no legged one is her favorite. Highly recommended for playful dogs.

Not all that, 11/2/2005

Tammy Icenhower from Medford OR

My Artic Wolf mix chewed the feet off this toy and broke the sqeaker in about 15 minutes. I would recommend this for Medium chewers. Not aggressive chewers.

Good Ball/Bad Ball, 10/13/2005

Grace from Land of 10,00 Lakes

We have three Avon Terriers ages 3, 2 and 3 months. We learned with our first Avon that these Cuz balls are a favorite! Bad Ball appealed to my sons because of the little horns but the dogs love their crazy bounce and high pitched squeak. We don't keep them in the toy basket because they are very popular. They stand on the top of the shelf and are a special treat. They will fetch them endlessly and have stood up to terrier teeth and chewing. An excellent toy for a small dog.
