The Zoo Med Power Sweep Power Head is the first and only rotating power head on the market. This unit comes with a full 60 degree of rotation the Power Sweep that replicates natural water currents without the expense of a wave maker. The Power Sweep is completely submersible, and can be used alone or in conjunction with an under gravel filter system. It is also cUL listed.

Features:

·         Designed to fit all undergravel stems from 3/4" to 1 1/8"

·         Self-rotating

·         Helps create greater surface agitation to allow a high oxygen exchange rate

·         Rotating motion breaks down the surface film of dead bacteria which can inhibit oxygen exchange

·         Features a Venturi aerating system, adjustable flow rates and all mounting accessories

·         Keeps reef tanks healthy

Installation:

 

·         Insert the bracket firmly into the slot of the swivel support/cam adapter

·         Mount the suction cups in the four smaller holes on the bracket

·         When using a circulation pump it is necessary to mount the pre-filter sponge and the strainer (with plug inserted at the bottom of the strainer) onto the swivel support/cam adapter

·         Failure to do so may result in clogging of the rotator mechanism

·         Complete instructions, illustrations and safety precautions are included with this product
