I recently rescued a 9 month old English Mastiff. He had what can only be described as puppy-acne. His coat was dull and had dry skin as well. We have fed him solid gold since the day he came home and within weeks his skin and coat cleared up. This brand is the only food that we will feed him. Ever.

I just recently brought home a dachshund puppy and he had lost so much weight and would not touch his kibble. I did alot of shopping around and have gotten him fully switched over to this and he eats with gusto now enjoying every bowl and is happy and healthy!

I have a Border Collie who will be competing in agility and I trust no other food for him. His coat is glossy, his stools are smaller, and he has that extra spark in his eye. He LOVES the food, and we often train with it at home and he works for it like it is meat.
I am VERY impressed with this product and will always continue to use it.

My puppy loves this stuff. With an all natural food, I was worried that he would not like the taste but he likes it better than the store bought brand that the breeder had hom on.

My 6 mo old Wire Hair Fox Terrier went for a grooming then 4 mos & two hot spots were discovered underneath his coat once the groomer had hand stripped him. We hadnt had a puppy in years, food choice info was outdated. I began researching different foods & settled on Solid Gold. Hot Spots gone in less than 4 weeks, and Shermans constant chewing on his feet & legsfurnishings had stopped as well!!! He loves the food and their treats! His prior food gave him horrible gas. If he has it now, lets just say it goes undetected!! : I am so thrilled that he isnt itching and scratching andor chewing all the time. I am still waiting for the calming effect that the Bouvier owner spoke of in other review!! : But then he is a WHFT! I
highly recommend this food & my groomer was thrilled when we returned 4 weeks later & I told her we had changed to Solid Gold. Go to there Website and read why this company was started. Again, a great product!!!!

This food is one of the highest quality foods out there for cats and dogs large or small breeds.
I had my baby Shih Tzus on Just a Wee Bit but they stopped eating it and only wanted this one that we feed to our older dogs. The senior formulas in this brand of food are also great. The biggest thing with this food is they are able to digest the ingredients better creating less waste for me to clean up testedverifiedthey also eat less of this then other brands out there. I would reccomend this to anyone looking for a good food.

Breeder insisted we use Solid Gold. Our 3.5 month bouvier has been on this and only this food. Her coat is amazing. The Eukanuba rep at Petco was hoping shed been fed Euk, but no its SGold. Like the review for the Slow Growth, our pups temperment is amazing! The dog class teacher asked if shed had a late night. No, just mellow! The pup got into some choc cake and ate half of it. She became ultra hyper! Craziness and constant running around. Up till then I never would have attributed tempermentbehavior to diet. Im anxious to hear if others also experience a change in temperment with SG. Im switching my hyper pug and poodle to SG to see if it calms them down.
